ACTA Laboratories, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Carolyn Schulze who has over 40 years of laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Co-owner Walter Schulze has over 35 years of laboratory, formulation, and regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical and nutritional supplement industries, and has served on the following three USP sub-committees:

• Vitamin, Mineral, and Enteral Products   
• Identification and Standardization of Natural Products
• Analytical Methods for Nutritional Supplements and Over-the-Counter Drug Products

ACTA is located in an 8000 square foot, modern facility in Foothill Ranch, California. The facility is registered with the FDA (FEI. #1000125694) and ACTA is DEA licensed. All testing performed at ACTA is in accordance with cGMP regulations.
